Repairs
It is the fear of every pond owner: a leak! Even so, it can happen to the best of us. For instance, your pond may develop a leak if bamboo or reed shoots unexpectedly pierce the liner. A reassuring thought: Ubbink Garden supplies the right repair set for virtually every type of pond liner and pre-moulded pond.
Sometimes it is not necessary to empty the pond completely if there is a leak. Try the “milk method first: pour a dash of milk in the pond and see if it flows towards the hole. Mending a hole in a pond involves slightly more work than mending a bicycle puncture, but with a good repair kit you will have it done in no time. One less thing for you to worry about.
If the liner of your pond is damaged, it is nice if you can repair it properly. Fortunately there is a repair product for every type of pond.
Repair sets are available for the various types of ponds. Polyester or PE pond repair sets are ideal for small repairs to a pre-moulded pond. These sets contain all you need to carry out repairs quickly and easily.
